Our base fitness program – for anyone who wants to feel their best. We cycle through Strength, Work Capacity, Endurance and Stamina. These cycles can last between 2-6 weeks. This ensures you are progressing in each attribute without falling too far from one (example; in an Endurance focus your strength will take a small hit, depending on your current base, but because our strength cycle is coming next you’re able to pick up not far from where you left off). This increases your overall athleticism - you’ll be leaner, stronger and feel awesome!
To start training with us the following is needed:
A good attitude. You must be willing to be coached, pushed and corrected as necessary.
An Athlete Introductory session. First we perform a movement screening based on Gray Cook’s. After that you will either be led through a session or if your experience is limited, foundational and Olympic lifts will be reviewed. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to set up an appointment. Cost is $65.
Schedule an observation. We don’t allow drop ins but encourage you to check out a session.
