- Before receiving any Sport Specific programming, we require 3 months training in our BASE FITNESS program.
- Do you volunteer in the mountains? In the Military, past or present? Ski Patrol, Trail Builder, Mountain Rescue, AAI and Service Members receive discounted rates - contact us!
- Student Rates available with current WWU or WCC I.D.
- If you are injured we will program around your injury. In most cases, there is no reason not to train.
