Our Mountain program is for anyone who participates in an outdoor sport. This includes DH riders, skiers, snowboarders, rock climbers, ice climbers, hunters, etc. We cycle through sport specific programs based on the season or event. Example; Our Winter program (ski/snowboard) starts the last week of September, about 6-8 weeks out from the season; our Sport Specific DH program begins in February assuming racing starts in April.
Keep in mind we require 3 months on our base program prior to you participating in any Sport Specific program. This is important as these programs are more intense and having a large fitness base is necessary to be successful in completing as designed.
Those in Mountain year round include rock or ice climbers & mountaineers. Use of our Tech, Campus, System & HIT boards are included in most of these efforts.
To start training with us the following is needed:
A good attitude. You must be willing to be coached, pushed and corrected as necessary.
An Athlete Introductory session. First we perform a movement screening based on Gray Cook’s. After that you will either be led through a session or if your experience is limited, foundational and Olympic lifts will be reviewed. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to set up an appointment. Cost is $65.
Schedule an observation. We don’t allow drop ins but encourage you to check out a session.
